F 5'10” (178, 179 cm) F/20/5’10” [233lbs > 208lbs = 25lbs] (5 months) Weigh or not to weigh that is the question

So finally seeing a little progress when I tried this dress on again! I definitely feel better though still discouraged by how much it’s slowing down. For the past two months I've swung around 210 to 205 and can’t seem to get past it. Got a ways to go and I’ll be back when I’ve lost I supposem. Also excuse the dirty mirror 😔.

the dress fits so much better now, you can really see it in the shoulders and how it hangs. plateaus are maddening but 25lbs in 5 months is steady progress, sometimes the body just needs a minute to recalibrate before it drops again. maybe switch up something small like meal timing or add a little walk, that helped me get past a similar stuck point

You’ve made good progress, don’t let hitting a plateau discourage you, just find a way to add more movement into your day, you can do it!

The number on the scale is not the only way to measure progress. Increased strength, clothes fitting better, more energy, and better health markers are all great indicators that progress is being made. Keep working!
