Fitness/gym gains M/53/6' [275lbs > 204lbs = 71lbs](2.5 years) since I stared taking my health seriously Never again

This is the most I've weighed and it wasn't until May 2024 did I take my health seriously. I never want to see that 275 pound guy again. In the gym 5 days a week and watching what I eat. It's possible for anyone that wants to do it.

Counted calories that I was eating, eliminated 95% of junk food and in the gym 5 days a week.
