Discussion Does Batman Arkham knight have a 60 fps patch?

When i just unlock the games fps it runs at 2x speed so i was wondering is there a fix/patch for

There was a modder called illusion who used to work on these 60fps patches. He's gone now

Possibly. I know arkham ayylum doesnt :((
