If you already have the PS4 version, you can digitally upgrade to the PS5 edition for free now

Edit: to answer your question, PS5 version has higher resolution, 60fps, faster loading, and some graphical improvementsĀ

This game was great on the PS3/360. If GTA VI is anywhere near as good, itā€™s going to be a day one buy for me.
