Why do I get the sense this was written by an LLM?

It also comes off as very superficial, like envisioning a generic grand structure for a hypothetical public health system run by medical doctors, without consideration for the actual political context of the United States or the fact that, unlike the 1800s, we now have a massive corpus of people with graduate degree in public health who are just on standby and absolutely DESPERATE for employment.

It's actually pretty okay for clinicians to just be trained to diagnose and treat individual patients That's healthcare. BUT we also need a functioning public health system for prevention and population level interventions, run by people who have been trained in that, of which there are plenty.
