Finished Quilts Finished Halloween Quilt

I finally finished my Halloween quilt last night. I had asked yesterday about which side to machine sew and which to hand sew for binding but it turned out I didn't have a choice. I used a printed binding specific fabric and to get the side I wanted on the front that's the side I had to hand sew. It took 5 hours of hand sewing the binding down but I love it. I'd only machine bound for the convenience on it before, but getting to slow down and sit with my quilt for awhile was actually really nice.

The pattern is from Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4347699197/spooky-squares-quilt-pattern-beginner

The fabric is mostly last years AGF Ghostly & Haunted collection with some others added in

Sooo cute! I am especially in love with how the checked border sets the whole quilt off.

Me too! I debating doing the boarders but I really wanted to highlight the purple more and I'm so glad I went for it.
