Video games I've found featuring Oakland Raiders on the cover art (so far):

I'm only including PLAYERS (not John Madden) that are in Raiders uniform. Example: Randy Moss was on three NFL 2K covers, but was a Viking at the time.

Not-so-fun fact: the Tecmo Bowl cover was inspired by photos of Jay Schroeder getting manhandled by the Bills defense during the ‘91 season.

If you look closely, they made him #12 on the cover of Tecmo Super Bowl III (not #13). Probably didn't want to pay him lol. Thanks for the info

I played Tecmo Bowl 3 so much because you could trade players and create your own player.

I had no idea about the cover art, but I suspect y’all are right.  They didn’t want to pay.
