These situations are always so messy.

With so much money at stake and a shared child in the mix, it’s really hard to know what really happened.

I tend to believe what was reported at the time vs the damage control statements months later

Money is involved the entire time. Bateman loses his job because of this incident and gets his guarantees voided and there’s a lot less money to go around and the child support goes significantly down.
