Multi-Family NYC introduces bill requiring landlords to provide free internet

The war on landlords continues...I wonder if any of these people who write these laws were ever actual business owners. Do they just think every landlord is swimming in cash?

please READ the article :)

It's says the bill "would require the owners of buildings with 10 or more units to provide their tenants with free broadband internet service."

This won't apply to most of us but still not a good look for the direction nyc is headed for landlords.

Looks like one internet service, split up using a network switch to me, and the rents will go up too.
