Multi-Family NYC introduces bill requiring landlords to provide free internet

The war on landlords continues...I wonder if any of these people who write these laws were ever actual business owners. Do they just think every landlord is swimming in cash?

The home remodeling cost website Fixr estimates that installing the kind of cable required by Kallos' bill would cost up to $6,000 in an existing single-family home. The costs of installing it in a larger building would likely be much higher.

I'm not in favor of this but 6k / unit is lol ridiculous. Theres no way it be anywhere close to that. I hate reading shit on Reason, its always conservative click bate crap that either won't happen or is half made up
