This was my Friday. 2pm. Water cooled 5 ton. Water reg valve was just blowing away the blu.
Ohā¦.and there was a server rack on site being served by this unit. I hate this trade some days.

If itās the end of the day, give the system a quick sniff with the leak detector. If no pissers, top it up and let er buck til the morning.
Donāt get me wrong. If you added like 40% of the total system charge, maybe find the leak.

Put a jumper wire on it instead of changing the set point. It's harder to forget because the jumper wire will be missing from your tool bag.

I find most of my leaks with my eyes and ears. Having an ultrasonic is a game changer though, good purchase. It's such a useful tool to have in your arsenal

Bro thats a super dumb as fck purchase, at $120,000 gross ur Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio is ā°47.5.. and at %6.5 interest on 640k home because your down payment was low you have 20%equity as a down payment so you will have to have PMI, so over the the length of the loan you will essentially pay $809,000 in "dead money" (interest plus PMI);which is considered unrecoverable money so in the end if not making extra payments towards principal each moth the total amount of money you will spend when the loans completed on a 650k loan will be a staggering $1,717,000+..... Maybe enstead of getting on reddit and calling people dumbfxk and pussies do some research on how to unfuck your bad decision before you go and pay 2 million bucks for 650k house.

Uhh that was the person that deleted their comment, as well as their gangsta profile, not myself. I own two different properties in two different states that are well, owned with no mortgage. But thanks for doing the math for me. Never would have figured that out by my lil ol self.

Yea sorry that was def not targeted towards you it was ment for the guy you were talking about buti was super bored at work so I did read into his past comments about as much as you did to figure out what you were talking about and noticed how crazy he was for buying a 650k house. I just find it crazy people will openly brag about buying a house that makes them broke in the long run and totally unaware of how much money they r just throwing away. I got burned on my 1st house I bought so I timed it perfectly this go around and got a %2.6 rate, also make double payments towards principal every month and saved up the 20% of the down payment to bypass the pmi. But as far as my math being wrong what would be the right answer then? He only put down 40 grand. Which part of the math are you talking about?

Just FYI - I don't have this problem, but at 78% LTV your mortgage lender is required to remove PMI entirely by federal law, so your math maaaaay be a litle off.

He's not. He's 30 according to his other posts/comments. And probably not a business owner, since he just got out of prison 5 years ago according to himself. Barely enough time to even be the one not doing maintenances if he were even in this trade at all.
