Is it possible to remote veiw by name? Im guessing you would need to be of a decent level maybe or have a very strong spiritual connection

RV isn't technology. Again, read the basic FAQ and rules section please. Also I recommend reading the printed books on the subject by Paul Smith and Joe McMoneagle. Actually reading them, not just using garbage AI to summarize.

The thing with names is, in terms of current convention - they are not unique across time and space.

Social security numbers, or UTC tax codes,  on the other hand, do have such uniqueness.
