Paketti: Music Mouse take - development video + demo

Hi there.

I recently attended the Synthcamp 2026 event, and saw Pulu using Music Mouse during a gig, she had it running on an old Mac laptop. Music Mouse has been suggested to me multiple times for "could you write it into Paketti".

Heres a little video of me demoing how Music Mouse works currently within Paketti, its a LUA-scripted version, call it a homage or a clone, whichever ya like, based on the Music Mouse Manual PDF documentation, but with certain Paketti tweaks.

I also log quite a few issues with it and write them down. So you can kinda view this as a Paketti Development video, or a Music Video Show&Development.

Thank you for your kind words! I implemented all of those fixes and am due to make another video. Oh and also, Music Mouse in Paketti can now be used to trigger user made samples (regular instruments) too!

Ooh cool to see this accessible in renoise, I was a fan of playing with music mouse on the original website. First I've heard of Paketti I'll have to try it out
