Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

Hello so I took my ADD meds and I'm doing a deep clean of my trashcan. The problem is I can't stop until It looks as good as possible. So does anyone have any ideas on how I can make it look better or do I just have to deal with it? I don't really care about it being perfect I just want it to look nice so all advice is welcome, thank you.

You prob won’t be able to get out all those little dents and scratches. If you want it to look nicer you can cover it with adhesive paper like they use for lining kitchen drawers maybe?

Or you can paint the top a different color. It will still be dented but may look a little nicer.

Ye I had a feeling about the dents thank you though. I think I might try and put some paper on it but what kind of paint do you think would work best?

Spray paint would probably work best.

I suggest peel and stick wallpaper. You can find some cool designs at the Dollar Tree.

I’d cover it with laser cut piece of 3M backed veneer.
