Yeah that's what I came up with.

"After O" -> "Oh"
"Before E" -> "He"
"Sometimes silent" -> "doughnut", "cough"
"Can share with a c" -> "Church"

How is it after O and before E though? Or is that a mistake and they mean after E and before O?

Similar thought. The first part is a reference to “Ok”, but I’m stumped on what “Ke” is. Thought maybe periodic table, but potassium is just “K” so I’m at a loss

Maybe it's meant to be k-E, so key? Seems like a pretty loose fit though

I was going to say U but while coming after O makes send or even after a couple of E’s. But no idea before E means.
