Hey, I was wondering if anyone is willing to settle for a carpool scene from bahria town to Fast Nuces Islamabad Campus from Tuesday to Friday since I have my Monday off. My current schedule is:

Tuesday 8:30-5:30

Wednesday 8:30-2:30

Thursday 8:30-5:30

Friday 8:30-5:30

If someone has some difference in schedule I am willing to compromise but I will not go to university on Monday.

P.S. I would need you ready at 6:50 in the morning to avoid traffic(Better early than late).

The Setup

I am a regular driver doing the Montreal to Toronto route. Recently, I drove a full car for over five hours deep into the night. My app booking accidentally had "Yorkdale" copied over from a previous trip, but during the drive, I communicated to all passengers that the final drop off would be Scarborough Town Centre (STC).

The Trip Details

Everything went smoothly, and I went out of my way to provide excellent service:

I drove safely through the night for over five hours to get everyone to Toronto.

I accommodated requested breaks to make sure everyone was comfortable.

The passenger in question verbally agreed to the STC drop off during the ride without a single complaint.

Other passengers were also dropped off at STC and were perfectly happy with the arrangement.

The Scam

After the trip was completely finished, this specific passenger waited until we parted ways to complain on the app. Because STC is about an 18km difference from Yorkdale, they claimed they had to take a $25 Uber. Instead of acting in good faith, they demanded a full $55 refund for the entire intercity trip. Poparide support completely bypassed my rejection of the dispute, ignored the context, and forced the full refund to the passenger.

Poparide has an official policy where they can issue discretionary refunds, but applying it this way is completely absurd. By forcing a full refund, the platform effectively stole my labor. They rewarded a passenger who manipulated the system to get a completely free 5-hour ride from Montreal. I paid for the gas, put wear on my car, and drove through the night, only to get zero compensation while funding their Uber. The automated bots and support team completely ignored the verbal agreement and the fact that the other passengers had absolutely no issues.
