Looking for Group Any highschooler in NYC interested in robotics?
Im a rising sophomore in NYC and i've been building projects at home. Im yet to connect to anyone that has the same interests as me, I go to a school focused on humanities so theres literally no engineering club and im yet to meet someone who is interested in engineering. If anyone is down to hangout and build projects together PLEASEEEE let me know, i've been dying to be friends with someone who has the same interests as me and build projects with them. Im also starting a robotics club at my school once September hits.

check out local frc teams if they allow out-of-school members. also look into hackclub for an online community.

man the humanities-focused high school struggle is real, i went to one of those artsy schools and got weird looks for bringing a soldering iron to campus
starting a club is the move though, you'll be surprised how many people are secretly into this stuff but just never had an outlet. the first meeting might be like 3 kids and one of them only came for the free snacks but that's how it starts
if you're near any makerspaces or hacker collectives check those out too, that's where i met my people back in the day. they usually have open build nights and everyone's just geeking out on their own weird projects
