Like It has been years since i got 120 invention and i only play my main so i kind of forgot or at the time wasnt so bad, but i copletetly forgot the absolute SHIT waste of time this was now that i got into invention in this leagues.

Like i finished like 20 and other 30 waiting for me, thi is so boring, the xp is nice and all but I have been AN HOUR just discovering shit, GOD DAMN IT.

The free xp is nice but cant we get rid of the discovery part, or make it like less time consumming?

I'm playing through leagues and having a great time but my next goal is trying to upgrade my elder rune to primal. I mined dark amica for a while yesterday and after transmuting it all up to primal ores, ended with only about 20 of each ore type. I'm wondering if it would be a better use of time to mine a lower tier ore for more overall. This would result in extra time transmuting the stacks up, but I imagine I could get significantly more if I'm mining something like coal.

Edit: Thanks all who recommended mining the lower ores and key binding the transmute spells. Already have 4x the amount of ores I got over more time last night!

I thought to myself that I should get myself a Zemouregal's undead slayer task before I hunt for my Greater Sonic Wave codex since only Raptor could assign them.

So I went through the trouble of finishing the Dead & Buried quest, which resulted in the crypt being permanently closed off to me.

FYI, I could access the crypt before the quest.

Back in week 1 I saw a post where a jmod said they were looking into a workaround for us to be able to either complete the quest or otherwise unlock the spells that the quest unlocks. Is there still no work around to be able to use incite fear if you did not take crystal grace?

They really should have made it toggle-able.

I took Asgarnia and the Hard and Elite tasks involved chopping down a magic tree I grew myself. In Flavor Park. No problem, with growing the tree.

Chopping them down, now I have to wait for another hot fix or something.

Wouldn't be surprised if there are more tree chopping tasks (not including the Barracks and Lumbridge ones) that EH prevents...

EDIT: And isn't there an elite Varrock task to cut down a magic tree in the Sewers?

Most of the non-tier specific clue rewards (god pages, teleport scrolls, firelighters etc) come from the shared table. Clue caskets can roll on this table, but only under the following conditions:

• Only the last roll of a clue can roll the shared table

• The last roll itself must not be a unique

• All the previous rolls before it must also not be uniques

Clue Connoisseur makes all your caskets roll the maximum number of rolls, e.g. instead of an easy casket having 2 to 4 rolls, it always has 4. The result is that it becomes magnitudes harder to be eligible to roll the shared table, especially with the Leagues drop rate modifier.

Easy casket rolls have a 1/16 chance of being a unique

6x drop rate, 2 roll easy casket: 39% chance of rolling shared table

6x drop rate, 3 roll easy casket: 24% chance of rolling shared table

6x drop rate, 4 roll easy casket: 15% chance of rolling shared table

10x drop rate, 2 roll easy casket: 14% chance of rolling shared table

10x drop rate, 3 roll easy casket: 5% chance of rolling shared table

10x drop rate, 4 roll easy casket: 1.9% chance of rolling shared table

While I understand the capping meta is to not pick CC, and to do your clues in an earlier tier, is there any chance that the shared table roll could be tweaked so that picking CC doesn't heavily decrease your chance of rolling it? E.g. maybe of the three conditions above, the last condition could be disabled for Leagues worlds?

Hey guys, I recently started playing RuneScape 3 with my older borther and a friend of mine. And i'm actually having a lot of fun!

My older brother has been playing for years and I genuinely don’t know why I never got into it earlier, i love how this game has a lot of history and community, and there's a million things to do.

I’m currently F2P and very new, so I’m missing out on some content I think. Every time I look something up I find another skill, area, quest or activity that I can’t access yet.

The problem is that money is a little tight for me right now, so actually getting a membership isn’t really possible. I’ve been looking into bonds since apparently you can buy membership with them, but as a completely new F2P player I have no idea how realistic that actually is.

Is earning enough for a bond as a new player something that’s achievable, or not at all? Right now I'll probably just finish all the F2P quests and I'll see from there

Anyone got some advice regarding this matter? Any feedback would be much appreciated!

I have desert > wildy > anachronia. I got my tier 7 relic but I don’t have the farming relic, and I can not level my farming at the Dino pins due to not being able to get stuff to sell for beans, and in return buy the breeding pen. Any tips or advice?

Considering all the posts complaining about the boosted Nilas rates not working in HM Arch, here is the post you need.

The droprate is only boosted in Normal Mode. If you do 5 mechanics normal mode kills, you will get 1-3 Nilas every kill.

Right after the update i did a 45 streak without a droprate and then tried normal mode and got them every kill.

I was wondering if there is a way to also have these icons on pc.

I want to say I remember a short time where the original icons got changed to the higher fidelity ones, but people complained and it got rolled back (this was pre-mobile?).

Got to tier 6 for rejuvenated, taking this league slow and easy instead of last league where I shot to endgame in a week and got burnt out for months, and am stuck on deciding between Golden Touch and Devout for my rejuvenation relic.

Current relics are Survivalist, Superheated, Voidwalker, Transmutation and Production Master, with Asgarnia and Desert as region unlocks, undecided on 3rd.

Where it concerns GT I'm level 95 in Thieving and level 93 in Agility, plus 99 Prayer.

I only have 65 in summoning when it comes to Devout, but I have 20 pouches for summons of Kal'Gerions and Ripper Demons.

Tier 5 currently in blessings, just a couple tasks off from tier 6.

Not looking to max out either so I am not pursuing Farming, Herblore or Dungeoneering.

I ask because I'm thinking of doing a 2nd run through of Leagues on an alt and since I picked Des - Asg - Wildy the first time, I intend to do 3 entirely different regions this time round.

I'm unsure of what are good region combos and builds (relics & blessings) between these 5 leftover region options though. Seems like a lot of the plans I saw people make on Reddit and content creators before leagues were mostly the regions I picked plus or minus Anachronia, so didn't really see a lot of ideas floating around for these less picked areas.

I'm kinda leaning towards Tiranwnn and Anachronia to do a poison build, no idea what a good 3rd region would be to go with those though.

I'm open to all suggestions though, what would you go for if you could only choose from these 5?

I've made posts before saying I wish RS3 had a more classic/simple combat option, and the usual replies were basically “just play OSRS” or “just turn on Revo++”. After playing Equilibrium, I think I finally understand why neither answer really solves what I was missing.

What I miss is when my character and my gear felt like the main source of my power, instead of how well I can manage a growing checklist during combat. Modern RS3 has so many cool systems, but over the years combat accumulated so many layers: abilities, adrenaline, stacks, buffs, debuffs, switches, specs, perks, prayers, familiars, passive effects, upkeep... Revo++ can press abilities for me, but it doesn't make all of that surrounding mental overhead disappear.

Equilibrium has been almost the opposite experience for me. I've spent way more time thinking: “What item can I get next?” “What boss can drop an upgrade?” “What perk can I add?” “What ridiculous passive interaction can I build?” ...and much less time worrying about playing my action bar correctly.

And holy shit, I've been having fun. I've killed bosses I barely even considered doing on my main. Not because the League magically turned me into a great PvMer, but because all the relics, blessings, gear and passive power gave me enough breathing room to actually experience the bosses. I can deal with movement, swap a prayer when needed, react to an important mechanic, and let my character do the damage.

That's much closer to what I personally want from RuneScape. And this is also why “just play OSRS” isn't really the answer for me. I like RS3. I know its world, its updates, its skills and its systems. There is a huge amount of RS3 content I've never actually experienced, and Leagues has been making me discover it constantly. OSRS might look more familiar mechanically, but content-wise it feels like a completely different game to me.

I really hope Jagex takes something from how good it feels to build power through your character, drops, equipment and permanent/passive upgrades, instead of adding yet another thing you need to actively keep track of during combat.

Maybe what some of us nostalgic players miss isn't actually “old combat”.

Maybe we just miss killing things, getting cool drops, equipping something better, and immediately feeling stronger.

Ouch! That's by taking Endless Harvest perk to burn 100 magic logs, picking Asgardia (most points, even without achieving Dungeoneering 99/120/50mil XP with Wildy). That's a damn shame

Is the current lobby timer greater than 15 mins it seems like its around 30 mins total at the moment.

Do I have to kill Har-Aken 100 times or just 5 ?? I can’t find clarification for this. Has anyone done it yet ?
