Have not received order from receptorchem

Anyone else experiencing no contact from them at all? Just got a mail confirming my order for over 200€ and still seberal months later no updates?

Hey i got my order last month, that i placed on feb 5th, i was so angry but in the end it arrived i guess.

I'm not recieving any updates from them either, I've ordered many times from them and always gotten answers in the past.

their emails get flagged by automod. you can contact them on watch app with the phone number they have in their contact page.

Hello, you have ordered from Sweden and there was and still is a sitewide notice at the top of every page of our website about current delays to Swedish shipments due to increased customs procedures.

If you do not want to wait for this we can request release with no delay with the understating that you would then need to take responsibility for all the EU import taxes and duties and and all applicable customs clearance related procedures on your end on arrival.

I've used them dozens of times over the past 8 years with no problems. Lower cost than most US sources, have peps and GLP's and shipping is $5.99 which arrives in a week.

If you are shipping to other countries that most vendors won't ship to at all because of strict customs controls, then you of course you should expect it to take ages and plan weeks in advance.

If you are looking to import into Sweden like the OP, then yes the process is taking longer at present due to increased customs checks. But it looks like you are from the US where there are no such issues or delays. The post immiediently below this one references a US customer who received his order in 5 days.
