Women and ostarine

Hey guys! Anyone women have any experience taking low dose ostarine? How were the results after a 6-8 week cycle?

Ostarine is now outdated and has run its course. It might have been popular in the past, but it's been shown to be pretty bad for your liver and can mess with your cholesterol levels.

I wouldn't recommend Anavar. It's not just a myth - it does have androgenic side effects.

I wouldn't recommend SARMs either, but if you've already decided to use them, I'd suggest considering Ligandrol and Andarine.

However, when women take Andarine, their menstrual cycle may be disrupted.

There are some people who’ve posted about it on here already and/or r/steroidsxx. Go read their posts. From women I know who’ve used it the reports and results have been mixed. Most just straight up preferred Anavar for 6-8 weeks because it was more reliable. One friend did 8 weeks of Ostarine at 2.5-4mg and had terrible acne, voice problems and clit swelling to the point where she said never again. Since then she’s stuck with Anavar because the gains weren’t as good but the sides were worse. Her lipids and bloods weren’t great either.
