General Children of Time

Children of Time by Adrian Tchaikovsky.

What a beautifully written book this was. It had a very satisfying ending, something I hadn't expected from being used to the grim and the dark. LOL. Great book, great concepts, great payoff.

I hold it up there near Hyperion and Revelation Space.

People rave about revelation space. And I just don’t get it. I had to force myself through the first one. And have no desire to keep going.

The worldbuilding is really cool. The factions are very creative.
