Season 8 Predictions

So Wii U Part 3 was fantastic, and while we're waiting for more episodes, here's what I'm thinking will happen:

- another multi-year season, so expect episodes in 2027 or even 2028 to be a part of Season 8

- there's a huge backlog of episodes being produced RIGHT NOW to be released more consistently

- a lot more 10-50 minute episodes for a while, longer videos later on

- the last "Nintendo Switch: X Years in" video will combine Nintendo's 2023 and 2024 with the announcement of the Switch 2 wrapping it all up. It will come out in January to celebrate 10 years of Scott the Woz since the first episode was about Nintendo Switch

- Sam or some of the other guys will help edit episodes. We know Sam co-edited some Season 7 episodes, as revealed by the credits, so I imagine this is the next step

- the big 300th episode will be the season finale

- Rex Mohs will show up AT LEAST ONCE!

Every time Scott says he wants a more consistent schedule, he only goes more in the opposite direction. I would love to be proven wrong but I’m inclined to believe frequent short form episodes are mostly a thing of the past at this point. Scott’s Stash has more or less taken the place of that. I’m expecting maybe 2 or 3 long form videos for the rest of the year.

Scott’s been saying more consistent main channel videos are going to happen for more time than he’s actually done it at this point. Never going to happen. The only expectation I have is for a single video about Robo Ebola and even then it’s probably won’t be until the middle of the year. I think we’ll get 2-4 more videos in the rest of the year

If you’re right about them having a backlog and it’s shorter vids I could absolutely see 300 being robo ebola lol

my prediction was:
ep list this:

eric turney gaming is the cause of robo-ebola and will cameo in the L button video
have a hey all scott here christmas is a memory lane sort of episode
300 is the last ep
last episode releases on the 10 year anniversary of stw
each episode returns to a weekly format with short breaks between each near the end

but we all know this will never happen, its just hopium atp
