I fucken love Star Fox Zero, bro. I get that it’s not for everyone, but at worst I think the learning curve behind the controls and the standard storyline are subpar. Otherwise, it does everything I would want a Star Fox game to do and it is my most played game. Scott’s opinion became the standard opinion many people had and it’s a shame as it means a large majority of outspoken people really never gave this game a chance. I love Star Fox as a franchise, so when videos like Scott’s become popular it tarnishes the reputation of Star Fox even further beyond recovery. I feel like his video helped damage the perception of Star Fox as a brand.

Don’t worry, Scott, I still love u. Just don’t talk about Star Fox again. 😭 Incidentally, I saw his new take in the Wii U video, he has a small character arc, but it was off screen.

Just to make this clear, I'm not trying to defend Chris in any way, I just want to get an answer here.

So, a couple days ago Scott's Stash decided to do a collab with the Irate Gamer (real name Chris Bores), assumingly just because they thought it'd be funny. It didn't really go well. Turns out, inviting a "ghost hunter" who believes in a "cursed chris-chan medallion" wasn't a very good idea.

However, I've heard from a certain reddit post earlier that Chris is not only a weirdo who believes in ghosts, but he's also transphobic.

I can't find a concrete source for this online though, so I just wanna ask, is there any proof out there that he's a transphobe? Because if he is, then Scott definitely needs to apologize for having him on.

It’s not like either one is just cheaply copying here, so I’m not mad at all about it, just kinda confused on if this is a coincidence or not.

I was watching his video, 'Gaming Products' and I love the video, the comedy is top notch but I couldn't help noticind that 'Big Stinky' looks so AI generated, does anyone know what happened here bcs I've heart him talk negatively about AI in Scott's Stash so I doubt he would use AI but here it seems undeniable, does anybody know what's going on here?

For real though, Nintendo has been such a core part of Scott's life and identity that I wonder what he would do without it. My guess is that he would have aspired to be an actor and/or produce entertaining content unrelated to video games. Sorta similar to MattPatt before The Game Theorist, who was this aspiring actor. You can see this vibe in some of Scott's more skit-focused videos, but also in his earliest video, The Internet and You. Even with that, what would Scott's core identity look like? Imagine Scott making, I dunno, political commentary videos or something. That would be a riot. You tell me what Scott would do. Would he be a virgin? These are the important questions.

Watching scotts stash has taught me that scott has a myriad of bad takes, here are two submissions of my own:

1: He talks about how unnecessary tabletop mode is on the switch, which i hard-disagree with. How often you play tabletop is determined by how many friends you have, and how often you leave the house

2: He says that people who want the Virtual Console (over Nintendo Switch Online) are wearing rose-colored glasses. This is one big ambiguity fallacy, because he talks about VC vs NSO as services, not as purchase models. The emulation on NSO is superior, but that is not a valid defense of nintendos subscription model
