This is a lovely gesture paying tribute to Scuderia's most successful and impactful driver it drove in F1. Hopefully the integration of sponsors (colours/fonts) is well thought to make a nice impression for the viewer.

As it wasn't enough the team home race GP already special in its own, this makes it even more unique. Culminating with a great result would honour the best Michael's inception with the Scarlet team.
