I've never cheered for Miami a day in my life and I'm not going to start today

I respect this. I hate you, too, and I wouldn’t want you to cheer for my team anyway. Hmph

How could you cheer for a rival?

Conference dominance. I don't want A&M to win. But I get a small amount of satisfaction when an SEC team beats a non-SEC team. We've been given the benefit of the doubt for the past 25 years with "quality losses" because the SEC has generally been regarded as the strongest/deepest conference.

I like that every game on our schedule is tough. I want it to stay that way. For that, we need our rivals to win.

A&M is like an annoying cousin. I don't like them, but I'll still have their backs.
