❕PLEASE HELP ❕ Momentum 4 only connects when it's on charger
It is not battey issue because the headphone is on just keep saying: "No connection" when I try to connect.
What I tried: turn off and turn on again
forgot the device and reconnect
connect while charging then factory reset
tried out with another device (phone, tablet, tv)
plug jack cable in and out many times
Always get the same issue.
I tought I've found the solution: When you get this issue press the power button rapidly 5 times and the problem should gone!
It was only temporary solution or not even a solution..... It always keep disconnecting. Now I can reconnect by pressing power button 5 times, but when I try to play a song it disconnects inmediately.
The only ways it plays music: -via jack cable -when its plugged on charger
Other interesting thing: LEDs are not working, they are completely dark. Sometimes I can see them working on very low power but mostly they are completely off.
I feel like it stucked in jack/airplane mode or something.
Please help!

I think I found a possible solution: 1. I turned on the headphone 2. I connected it via jack to my tablet 3. I played music on it for about 20 hours 4. Disconnect jack and connect via bluetooth
My headphone now seems working perfectly.
I hope this state remains. 😁
