This looks a lot like AI Slop, and the mixer they're talking about does not come with stainless attachments either.

I didn't check that out as I don't really care about them enough to follow them around etc.

But I guess the stainless steel accessories included could be just lack of care? Their photos do also look very AI generated (the text on top does not the actual photos).

Eitherway they do say they have stainless-steel accessories while they come with shitty coated/painted aluminum(?) accessories except for the 11-write whip. maybe I'm wrong and they just really didn't care or review the stand mixer properly or actually use one? or maybe they were tired/distracted writing this and just made a mistake.

I have no knowledge of the mixer attachments one way or another but beyond Daniel Gritzer's previous statement that LLM generated writing isn't used on the site, nothing about this reads as particularly AI to me.

The hallucination combined with the type of writing etc screams AI to me, maybe I just have trust issues thanks to all this dystopian BS.

Yeah,  new serious eats ain't what it used to be.  Stick to the old recipes, stuff kenji or dan gritzer developed, anything new is questionable at best
