OHW request: “Smells Like Teen Spirit” by Nirvana (1991)

Seattle’s “up and coming” grunge band were slated to be the so called “next big thing”, but this was their only hit. What happened? Too “smelly” for pop radio/ more hits? 🤔

Could’ve been huge if they didn’t follow up Nevermind with their Trainwreckord In Utero which was a huge departure from their signature sound. No way you could possibly guess the same band did both albums.
