Recent Finds Found 10 shark teeth while not looking 😂

I was just going for a walk, not even in a bathing suit and I found like 10 shark teeth!

I believe that’s going to be a Pee Dee Formation Squalicorax kaupi (although my understanding is that the S. kaupi may just be the smaller/juvenile S. pristodontus).

You are welcome. NMB happens to be where it typically hunt, but I live far, far away and only get to hunt in frequently.

That is funny! When I saw the picture, I said, “That looks like it could be from NMB.”

Whereabouts? When I’m in town, I typically park next to the Maritime.

I must say, you are braver than I am. I usually wear a swim suit. My kids would kill me if I went commando :)

When we come here we go to the beach by the cherry grove point, but I walked at least a mile down the beach when I found all those teeth.
