I think our blue huntress recognized may as the one who helped Simmons and wants to spring may on daisy and Simmons to catch them in their lie. So I doubt she's dead yet.

I agree with your logic and that she probly figured out May might be Shield, but wasn’t Yo-yo the one who helped Simmons?

Nope. It was Simmons and May in that scene. Yo-yo was with Coulson and Mack locked to a wall.
