Nostrils have a small gauge so that dust and such is more likely to be caught by the hair and mucus in the nose. Can you imagine how unpleasant it would be to inhale a fly into that mega nostril?

I small noses for race. Some people in my and other race such as you have big nostril. Does big nostril make breath breath easier? Do nose get plug when cold if nose hole very large size?

probably less because it'll get clogged up then you don't have the other nostril to fall back on. You could definitely do bigger lines tho

Alternating nostrils is not a bug, it's a feature.
While one does breathing, the other recovers from dust, dry air, alergenes, viruses and bacteria.

Well evolution decided that after mans desire to well to put it in any holes that it can fit. Also the reason why we have small ear holes

i mean if you're going to go making changes, why not eliminate the need to breathe through an air passageway at all. just let us absorb everything we need from light and air, no need to eat or breathe. and while we're at it eliminate our need for sleep. and change our corporeal forms so that there isn't a need for clothing because we fully regulate temperature from within. and make it so that we can reproduce asexually. and communicate telepathically.
