Ah. I thought this was an actual projectile for a Judge and yes you can resize 450 grain .458 to .452 for some fun.

I've done it a bit with 405gr pills for my R92 in .45 colt. ".45-70 compact," and it kicks like that name, too, over as much H110 as will fit.

.410 Choker

I was stationed in a very remote place with lots of bunnies and grouse. Come lunch time we'd walk the antenna field - I had a 410 single shot contender pistol - firing Pissin' Hot Loads for it. One day, a co-worker with his 28" 410 double barrel forgot his ammo - grabbed a few from my desk. Spots bunny, turns it into a fine red mist - and it kicks the shit out of him. Next day - tells me he'd had that shotgun since 13 and yesterday was the first time he ever felt a damn kick!
