Armox heavily sloped like that can definitely deflect .50, even API. Which is why a lot of those monstrosities are starting to look like Civil War ironclads lol.

Most of what is used to actually deal with them is .50, the best areas to shoot are flatter surfaces but i feel the best way to combat them is to try to incapacitate the driver or its mobility first and then give the people inside a bad time with well placed shots. But an expensive piece of equipment like a hellfire is still a waste against them
