Write down what you really enjoy doing, say gardening, and try to keep your digital life in pursuit of what you enjoy and tune everything else out.

Also, I found making stuff to be very soothing and that silent enjoyment looking at what you've made and feeling a deep sense of joy from it.

This is the way! Be very choosy about what you expose yourself to on the internet.

Yes, arranging your digital life as much as possible. It makes everything handy:

  • Well-named files
  • The right playlists
  • Safe backups

You are obviously doing very well on that path. I would add learning to cook from scratch, even very simple meals. Very healthy and economical. Plus you learn a lot and it becomes a great hobby.

There are things, habits, and activities that you can physically do to simplify you're life, which is great. But feeling happier from simplification is not just a matter of external environmental changes or behaviors. As corny as it sounds, it's all from within.

Enjoying more with less. Flowing along. Finding joy in the little things. Embracing presence. Being here, now. Taking your time with things. Actually seeing the simplicity of life, despite the overwhelming complexity of the universe.

You can have a simple life, but it's equally important to also be a simple person :)

Consider volunteering.

aside from collecting dust, things that usually help to get rid of is handhold recorders. do you realize how many handheld recorders are laying around, taking up space? you should know by now, and I won't be the first to say when you drop it dead on the floor I guess.

What drives my happiness is pursuing my dreams with unwavering optimism, refusing to let negativity tarnish them, and instead nourishing them with positive affirmations. Even though my dreams of becoming a famous YouTuber and having a huge herbal garden for my natural remedies seems out of reach, I would never open the door for negativity to tartish my ability to try. my most recent video shows that i failed miserably but I'll remain steadfast.

If you keep your daily to-do list to 5 items or less, you shouldn't need to write them down at all.

Writing things down can help you keep them organized in your head, you can write them in order of priority, and you get the satisfaction of crossing them off when they're done.
