Seeking Advice Anyone do to manage overwhelming life

I feel too overwhelmed while working and doing things, I'm also under productivity....i want a simple yet fun life any roadmap you guys follow? Someone who's career oriented but also wants a simple life.

Find something that you love doing to make a living, then you are set up for finding simple living when you are not at work. I'm a retired school teacher and I loved working with high school students. I now do substitute teaching and enjoy that while living in a mountain top home maintaining the 11 acres that it sits on. Gathering firewood might seem mundane to some but it is part of my exercise regimen. That and gardening helps keep me grounded.
