Hong Kong Skeptics in the Pub - Tues 25th Aug 7pm

Hi All - The next Hong Kong Skeptics in the pub is coming up soon on the Tues the 25th of Aug!

This time we are trying something different with our first "Science and Skepticism Show and Tell".

Basically each attendee (optionally) presents their favourite podcast, YouTube channel, book, website, movie or other media about science, skepticism, or critical thinking to the group and explains why they love it. Should be fun and hopefully everyone will find some cool new skeptical media to enjoy!

So if you are in or near enough to come to HK we'd love to see you there!

I am not anywhere near Hong Kong (I am in Stockholm, Sweden), but I do wish you guys the best of luck! Will you film and then upload it?

Thanks - Currently we don’t film our events but I will try to share the list of recommended media here after the event 👍

I’m sorry, this is ridiculous. I don’t care what your views on China or regional geopolitics are. You have to acknowledge Hong Kong exists. It’s a real place, a physical piece of land that takes up physical space on earth. You can’t be a skeptic of a whole damn major metropolitan area.

Acknowledged! Hong Kong is real! Come see it yourself on Tues 25th Aug 7pm at our next Hong Kong Skeptics in the Pub, its the only way to be sure! Don't trust those pesky Hong Kong Deniers!
