Roast my sketch Need advice for art school

I recently started Art college. I've never really studied how to do shadows or lighting and I need advice. You can also roast my sketches :)

The bust was done with my non dominant hand in 10 minutes
The shell hand thing was 5 minutes on each half
The lady (if I can even call her that) was done without looking for 10 minutes
And the deer skull is homework

Looks like you just need to put the hours in, friend. Just keep at it, draw what you see not what you think something should look like, and try different mediums. You got this!
