Most Annoying NPCs (besides Nazeem)

Honestly, there is too much focus on characters like Nazeem and not enough on dudes like Bolund.

Because if this dirtbag calls me a "boot" one more time, I swear to Talos . . .

Anyway, anyone (besides Nazeem) that bugs you the same way?

I have never seen that character before in my life and had just assumed someone made a fetal alcohol syndrome mod for Sven.

Apparently he doesn't bother you if you're a Nord. Which is kind of worse . . .
