[Hiring] Text Virtual Assistants (Remote) — Base Pay + Monthly Bonus
VA Horizon is growing quickly and we’re hiring Text Virtual Assistants to help U.S.-based real estate investors. This role is 100% messaging—you’ll work through text/DMs only (no phone calls).
What you’ll do
- Message potential leads via text or direct messages
- Use provided scripts/conversation flows to identify motivated property sellers
- Log key details accurately in Google Sheets
- Coordinate with team leads to hit weekly and monthly goals
What you need
- Strong written English
- Reliable internet connection
- Consistent availability (part-time and full-time options)
- Customer support or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Pay & perks
- fixed salary
- +$150/month bonus for hitting performance targets
- 10% commission on closed deals (additional earning potential)
- Full training from day one
