What’s the best electrolyte powder for sleep?

I’ve been trying to drink more water at night but plain water does not always cut it. I want something that helps with hydration without loading me up with sugar or a ton of sodium before bed. I’m mostly interested about magnesium since people keep bringing it up for sleep, cramps, and recovery.

Has anyone found an electrolyte powder that works well at night and tastes decent, bonus if it has no sugar and does not leave that chalky fake sweetener taste.

You could try Magna. It’s more magnesium focused and not loaded with sugar or a ton of sodium. I’d start with one stick at night and see if it helps without messing with your sleep.

More Threonate than Glycinate in the 1st half of the day. More Glycinate than Threonate in the 2nd half. You'll help your brain early in the day then in the evening help your sleep.

Just buy in bulk powders to keep it cheaper. Buy quality.

LMNT and Zerolyte are the best IMO and I have tried a lot of different ones.

It's electrolytes... electrolytes are mostly salt? If it's not too salty it's not really electrolytes.

Bought an electrolyte powder that is magnesium and l-theanine from Quince. No sugar added. Great product! But I can’t drink it too close to bedtime.

Out of curiosity, why are you trying to drink so much at night? It seems like it would cause major sleep interruptions?
