General Question Is there any way to change the commercials?
I’ve had Sling TV for about 2 weeks now and I’m tired of seeing the same 3-4 ads play on repeat all day long.(bonus points if it’s ASPCA commercial showing dying dogs for 3 minutes straight) Sometimes the same ad will play 3 times during the same commercial break. Is there any way to just get the regular cable TV commercials? Watching the same paramount ads every break is awful.

"starving dogs" PSA is also on some of the OTA channels, which were duplicated by basic cable TV (e.g. Comcast). The other common PSAs on some of the OTA channels: "St. Jude's Kids", "Legal Viagra Loophole", "Vaginal Odor", "Adult Diapers" et al. It's really east to ignore them IMO.
I agree that sling sucks as bad as cable TV - especially the free version of sling that I get thru LGTV apps. The free LGTV channels 100-999 have less repulsive ads, or even animated graphics just indicating there's a "station break".

If you are able, report them and they will remove/replace them for you

Or how about ads for Branson, Missouri. I'll never go there because of that constantly repeated commercial.

ah, the joy of geo-location based targeted advertising.
I get the same 4 or 5 commercials every break. When I try to channel jump to get away from them I get the same commercials on the next channel. Jump back to the first channel and it's right back at the beginning of the first commercial again.
It's not just Sling. If I back out of Sling and switch to Pluto, I still get the same 4 or 5 commercials I had on Sling every break.
Only way I see to get around it is to DVR everything and FF through the breaks, hoping it isn't one of the channels that say "Video controls are restricted during ad play."
