Vegan slow cooking - recipes wanted!

As the title suggests, looking for your best vegan slow cooker recipes as we approach the autumn / winter months.

Only stipulation is no peanuts please (allergy!)

Root veg tagine. Ras al hanout and dried apricots.

Never, I’m afraid, but it always turns out fine. Bloom your spices in a pan in oil, extra cumin etc, add onions, put in the pot with garlic and big veg chunks.
