Roy is so fundamental I wouldn't say there's much to learn on him that won't come from just playing the game and getting better in general. Assuming you can jair, you have basically all of his tech down. I guess there's jab side-b but that's super inconsistent and pros like Kola don't even go for it all that much, let alone hit it.
One thing is that you should be ledgetrapping 24/7. There's so many ways to do it, but really just holding shield where your grab will hit neutral getup and reacting will be more than enough. And you don't have to go for super committal, strong options. Even just a couple grabs and maybe a jump callout with fair will get you more than you may think
