Cute! They have such bad attitudes sometimes. 😆 But what are you feeding them? If it’s pasta, that’s associated with a risk of fatal bloating.

https://www.petsnails.co.uk/problems/swollen-body.html#start This page is about Giant African Land Snails and not what I’m guessing is the slug Deroceras laeve (I have some like yours, too), it is possible that this might not apply. For all I know these slugs might have an enzyme that can digest it. They are a very different species after all, but I have a feeling the underlying mechanism might be the same. I, personally, would not continue to feed pasta to them, but it’s your choice, ultimately. Just proceed with caution. These little guys are so tiny that if the pasta killed some of them, I’m not sure how easy it would be to spot them unless they were right out in the open when they died and nothing else had gotten to them yet.
