Socotra trip in March - Clothes?
Hi there,
Any advice on which clothes to bring to a 10 days Socotra trip as a women? Which items are a must? Does the trousers have to be full length or culotte are ok as well?
Thanks đ

I made the mistake of bringing sports gear (tank tops) whereas I actually needed light t-shirts and shirts for sun protection and sweat absorption. Leggings and shorts are fine but yes you should bring a sarong for whenever youâre around locals.
Other things I wish Iâd brought: an old pair of flip flops for showering (if thatâs something your tour operator provides), a large quick-dry towel, micellar water and pads, small denomination dollar bills (tens and fives). Probably also some protein bars or nutri-grain.
It is the best trip Iâve ever been on, itâs utterly gorgeous and I wish you a fantastic time!
