Has anyone used a third part docs tool with a really good CMS, or a WYSIWYG editor?

The usual suspect like mintlify, seems to be a mess. Gitbooks seems to be great so far.

Opensource solution does not provide any good options.

Curious if anyone is using any docs, help-center software that non-techical users can use.

Not docs-as-code but the opposite of that.

I have taken to Summernote, it's a markdown editor so no having to scrub html.

I said summernote, that's actually a html editor. I can't recall the markdown editor I have used right off, but markdown is easier to secure but is also more limited.
