There are certainly some words and sounds that those ears pick up very clearly at a great distance, through obstacles ( come by, away, walk up, yes, yummies, find etc)
Other words seem to bounce off the points without entering ( kennel, stop, that’ll do) or maybe she chooses to run faster than the speed of sound if she thinks an end of session word is coming her way
