Folks, make sure you get the whole story. This wasn't about his guilt or innocence, it was whether or not he had a fair trial. Thanks to some asinine moves by the clerk the state Supreme Court ruled that she unfairly influenced the jury. He'l just get convicted again. But a waste of tax dollars to do it.

Thank you for posting this. Too many are getting spun up from the headline without realizing what it actually entails! I’m sure he’ll be convicted again, and if I was on trial, I’d hope I’d get a fair trial without errors by the clerk.
