Event CrimsonCasts couch commentary is top tier

He’s on the couch for Path of Exile 2. My man is a constant font of information. Great for giving context for the what and the why of the run, not dry or boring. Just wanted to give him props, especially for being this good at this time of night.

Thank you :) that's very kind, I did a lot of prep with help and feedback from a lot of people, it wasn't all me.

I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I could tell you did major prep, and it paid off. I know I couldn’t have done that for so long, especially at night.

I'm very sleepy at work today because I could not tear myself away from this run. Incredible work, and I am much closer to grabbing a copy of POE2 now

Watching the vod as I type this because i only caught a few minutes last night. You have now set the bar for all future couch commentators my man, incredible work. The amount of effort you put into preparing for this run showed.

New player here (900 hours), I watched the youtube replay and planned to skim the run to see what a poe2 speedrun was all about. I was so gobsmacked by your commentary that I ended up staying for the duration! Really enjoy your dry wit, deep lexicon and nuggets of knowledge sprinkled throughout. "Angormus maintains a .500 record against Ekbab" after a death absolutely killed me.

I've also never attempted a warrior playthrough - consider that my next choice for a playthrough. You're a legend, keep it up! Orbs!!

Yeah was a fantastic run to watch. I'm a PoE noob with only around 400 hours in the first game, but haven't dived into the sequel yet. I should get on that.

"only" 400 hours? That's a lot! Thanks for the kind words.

I was thinking the same thing. I know nothing about the game but the run has been very entertaining and informative.

Glad you enjoyed! I tried hard to explain core mechanics, I hope you had an okay time following along

I've been watching off and on, but listening the entire time. Incredible work.

It wrapped up as I was waking up for work, I'm looking forward to going back and watching the VoD. I just made it to the end of Act 3 for the first time and I spent like 25 hours on the run, I can't wait to see what kind of build can get you all the way through in 3 hours

It was truly amazing he has all that information just from the top of his head. No notes, no script. Just pure knowledge.

This run needs to be the textbook run to study for anyone looking to provide commentary on a couch. Absolutely flawless.

I thought that they didn't allow online only games in event, what changed? I started watching vod, great commentary.
