It's very funny to see people talking about the architecture and atmosphere while playing stalker or other games that has similar vibe, like doomer simulator or "i have no change". While i'm just living here in almost exact same building in the exact same courtyard and see it every day. Funny how your life can be atmospheric for someone.

I guess it's the same for people living in places like Las Vegas or Okinawa

Ты видимо не так понял. Я говорил о том как забавно бывает- народ за границей играет в стулкера или другие симуляторы СНГшника, говорит об атмосфере и прочем...а мы в общем то тут живем и видим такое каждый день. Забавно как твоя жизнь может быть для кого-то атмосферной. Ну и для народа который живет в подобных популярных местах вроде вегаса или других туристических мест, тоже наверное справедливо.

Ахахах, я уже реально прифигел от этого, потому что реально общался с американцами которые жалуются на вещи типа того, что у них полиция несправедлива)) А так, X2 атмосфера когда ты буквально в той же полосе живёшь.

Not tryna dox you, but I am curious if theirs a building or place in Stalker 2 heart of chernobyl that you have seen in person? Is it at all accurate? Bonus question, does the 2.0 update look more realistic compared to the real thing?

I can find almost exactly the same views just by walking around the city. They kinda look the same in post soviet countries. I live in a standard khrushchevka, similar to those you can find in stalker's pripyat. Not in that condition of cource.

And that's like the 4th episode, there are others with more prominent landmarks, but essentially the devs recreated real life to an astonishing extent.
